2. You may pay for the product/s in one payment or over a period of time if this is indicated on the product page for any particular product. • On receipt of your returned product we will inspect the product and, providing it is in excellent condition (except of course in circumstances where the product you received was damaged in transit, in which case this clause will not apply and, provided you advise us of the problem within one week of receipt and return it to us immediately after that, a new product will be provided to you) we will refund the purchase cost subject to the following:
• If you are requesting the refund because you decided not to proceed with the product, the purchase price will be refunded less the cost of any credit card fees or other transaction fees
• If you have used the program as directed in the program materials and claim you experienced no results, then we will refund the purchase price less the cost of any credit card fees or other transaction fees
• In all cases, you must return products to us in ‘as new’ condition (except on cases where you received goods form us that have been damaged in transit) complete will all contents as shipped to you and with original product packaging in as new condition also
• If a returned product is received by us in a condition other than that described above, you may forfeit part of all of the refund amount
• The returned product must be accompanied by the date of your purchase, the tax invoice/invoice or order confirmation number, the method of payment, you return address and contact telephone number, and a brief reason that you are returning the product
• We do not take any responsibility for products you return to us not arriving at our office. We strongly recommend you send returned products by registered post or ‘sign for’ courier
• We do not pay the postage/courier costs of product being returned
• If you purchased the product from any source other than our website or our office, you must approach the course of sale in regard to any refund or product replacement requests
• Time is of the essence in regard to the forty day return period and you may not return products outside of this period

• If you purchase a product using any monthly credit card payment plan, then you agree that we may debit your credit card each month, without further request for permission after you place your order, until payment in full is made
• You understand and accept that we may report you to credit agencies in the event you default in paying for products purchased in full
• If you are an hypnotherapist, by continuing with purchase of a product, you accept that we make nor formal undertaking and take no responsibility in regard to the outcome that you achieve with your clients
• You may not agree with the terms and conditions defined herein, and we respect your right to hold a position other that that defined in these terms and conditions.
